No Refund & Return Policy

At AJ & Dior’s Choice, every product we sell has been personally tested and approved by us to ensure quality and effectiveness. Because of this, and due to the nature of certain products, we operate under a strict No Refund and No Return Policy.

Please Note:

1. All Sales Are Final – Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

2. Product Assurance – All items offered on our site have been carefully reviewed and selected by AJ & Dior. While results may vary for each customer, we only feature products we have proven effective ourselves.

3. Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a product that is severely damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will assess the case and work with the courier for possible resolution, but refunds or returns will not be issued.

4. Customer Responsibility – It is the customer’s responsibility to review product details, descriptions, and usage instructions before purchasing.
